| Short Rudder Assembly (single pickup tapered rudder) -designed for the 1/8 scale hydro- is made from 6061-T6 aircraft quality aluminum. This kit sets your rudder 1 and 1/4 inches from the transom to the leading edge of the rudder. The oversize water passage and fitting are used to cool the engine and the exhaust system simultaneously. Additional features include a breakaway rudder system for safety. Features: -Extends out 1 and 1/4 inches from transom to the leading edge of the rudder. -Bottom front edge of rudder is shaped to eliminate lift -Rudder Length (total = 6 and 5/16 inch) (from pickup = 5 and 3/8 inch). -Rudder Width (top of rudder 1 and 3/8) (bottom of rudder is just under 1") |
